Beverages Top Purchase Occasion in C-Stores--Latest Data

Sixty-four percent of convenience-store customer visits result in the purchase of a beverage, including packaged beverages, fountain drinks, coffee and other dispensed beverages, according to a 2013 Videomining data presented during CSP's 2014 Driving Impulse Sales Forum.
Both tobacco and snacks are included in 22% of store visits, foodservice products in 19% and alcohol in 7%.
