AriZona, Jack Nicklaus Expand Golden Bear, Half & Half Lines

Add mint, strawberry favors; beverage company also introduces Joltin' Joe espresso drink

WOODBURY, N.Y. -- AriZona Beverages USA LLC and Jack Nicklaus have announced the latest addition to the popular Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear line: Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear Mint Lemonade. Earlier this month, they also added Arnold Palmer Strawberry Half & Half to the Half & Half line. And AriZona Beverages recently added the Joltin' Joe espresso drink.

Golden Bear Mint Lemonade contains 10% juice and honey with a touch of fresh mint flavor. Like the entire line of Golden Bear beverages, the presence of honey makes for a smooth taste and reduces the harsh, tart notes typically found in many lemonades.

Like all of AriZona's products, Golden Bear Mint Lemonade contains no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

Golden Bear Mint Lemonade's distinct packaging makes it easily identifiable. The can displays a photograph of a young Jack Nicklaus clutching the Claret Jug after his 1978 British Open Victory alongside other portraits of memorable personal and athletic achievements.

In the six short months since the launch, Golden Bear has expanded its line to five unique lemonade flavors. The fifth flavor, Golden Bear Mint Lemonade, will begin distribution in October and will continue to rollout nationally throughout 2012. The suggest retail price is 99 cents to $1.25 per 23-ounce can.

Arnold Palmer Strawberry Half & Half is the latest twist on the classic favorite.

The company offers Arnold Palmer Strawberry in a black can, speckled with strawberries and a red top. Palmer's quirky side is also carried out onto the packaging, with word bubbles featuring famous quotes from Arnie himself.

The Arnold Palmer Strawberry Half & Half is available in 23-ounce cans with a suggested retail price of 99 cents. As with all AriZona products, the Strawberry Half & Half contains no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

Arnold Palmer beverages are licensed under the authority of Innovative Flavors LLC, Orlando Fla.
And AriZona Beverages has rolled out Joltin' Joe, a lightly carbonated espresso drink created in honor of the American icon and sports legend Joe DiMaggio.

The Joltin' Joe drink will evoke DiMaggio's timeless legacy--not only his greatness on the field, but the way he symbolized the potential for greatness we all yearn to see in ourselves.

Joltin' Joe is a light, all-natural drink that is can be used for a morning caffeine kick or late afternoon pick-me-up. Made with natural espresso coffee. Joltin' Joe has a clean, smooth taste followed by a subtle, bubbly effect.
