"We look at the Circle K opportunity as a partnership more than just a supplier/customer relationship," [image-nocss] said Boca Raton, Fla.-based DNA's president, Darren Marks. "It is an honor to be associated with the nation's second largest convenience store chain on this level, and we will spare no effort in turning this opportunity into a huge success."
He added, "It is our intent to utilize our many action sports accomplishments in motocross, surf, wakeboard and skateboard towards driving a younger demographic to Circle K stores, thus making DNA an important and viable part of their future plans. We are excited by the programs' initial success from both a corporate and consumer standpoint and believe this commitment will ultimately lead to significant regional and national expansion."
DNA Energy Drink comes in 16-oz. cans in flavors including Lemon Lime, Citrus and Citrus Sugar Free and retails for a suggested retail price of $1.99 to $2.59.
Circle K is owned and operated by Laval, Quebec-based Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., which currently operates a network of 5,395 convenience stores, 3,556 of which include motor fuel dispensing, located in 11 large geographic markets, including eight in the United States covering 33 states and three in Canada covering 10 provinces.
