Flash Foods Forges Deal With BeBevCo

Largest retail partner to date to carry beverage maker's Koma Unwind

WAYCROSS, Ga. -- Flash Foods Inc. has executed an agreement with Bebida Beverage Co. (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of relaxation and energy drinks, whereby the retailer will carry Koma Unwind products in more than 170 convenience stores in Georgia and Florida.

The Waycross, Ga.-based chain is the largest retail partnership to date for the Statesville, N.C.-based beverage company.

"Distributor by distributor and chain by chain, we are getting our products in more locations at an ever increasing pace. This deal is a major deal for us; in fact, it's the biggest retail partner yet," said Brian Weber, CEO of BeBevCo.

"In these stressful times, the demand for relaxation beverages is growing and now Koma Unwind Products are arriving in Georgia," Weber added.

BeBevCo develops, manufactures and markets beverages including relaxation drinks Koma Unwind Chillaxation Drink, Koma Unwind Sugar-free Chillaxation Drink and Koma Unwind Chillaxation Shot as well as Potencia Energy Drink, Potencia Blast energy shot, Relax 5 shots and Piranha Water.

Flash Foods is a self distributor through Distribution South. It has been in business since 1952 and has been growing steadily ever since throughout the state of Georgia and has expanded to Florida. Fast-food restaurants began to be added to Flash Foods stores in 1995. A separate restaurant management group was created within Flash Foods to manage this new venture. Internally or through other subsidiaries of The Jones Co., Flash Foods distributes its own grocery products and motor fuels with its own transports to its retail locations.
