Flash Market to Stock Kronik Energy

Follows deals with Royal Farms, Fas Mart, NOCO, more

WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. -- Flash Market Inc. has forged an agreement with energy beverage manufacturer and distributor Choice First Distribution LLC dba Kronik Energy to carry the Kronik Energy drink in 72 Flash Market locations in Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee.

Phoenix-based Choice First will use the Forrest City (Ark.) Grocery Co. warehouse system to service its full-shelf program with the Flash Markets. The convenience retailer and fuel supplier has authorized all four 16-oz. Kronik SKUs—Kronik Energy, Kronik Low-Carb, Kronik Grind and Kronik Entourage.
In late January, [image-nocss] Choice First announced a similar deal with Baltimiore-based Royal Farms for distribution in 125 convenience store locations in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Pennsylvania, through the Eby-Brown Co., Naperville, Ill.

The beverage company also recently renewing agreements with 220 Fas Mart stores in Virginia and 40 NOCO Express locations in Upstate New York. Fredericksburg Distributing is servicing the Fas Mart locations that fall within its respective territory. The Fredericksburg, Va.-based distributor is also servicing additional retail chain accounts including Quarles Petroleum, Winot Stop and Quantico Marine Corps Exchange stores. Buffalo, N.Y.-based Tripifoods is supplying all NOCO Express locations.

Headquartered in West Memphis, Ark., Flash Market and its affiliated petroleum company Flash Oil Co. of Arkansas Inc. own, operate or supply fuel to more than 150 retail locations. Of these locations, approximately 70 are company-owned and operated under the Flash Market banner.
