Functional Water Sets Sights on Female C-Store Customers

2T Biotin promotes healthy hair, skin and nails

ATLANTA -- A new functional bottled water initially launched in the spa and restaurant channels has set its sights on expanding its presence across the United States through online sales and improved distribution to the convenience-store channel.

2T Biotin Water

2T Biotin Water has been popping up in c-stores in the Southeast and Southwest, and the company has started a strong initiative to gain a footprint in the retail channel.

2T Biotin Water is an extension to the company's bottled spring water--2T Water--sourced from the Ouachita National Forest. The formula is the first Biotin-infused beverage, a functional ingredient aimed to promote healthy hair, skin and nails.

The product, available in two flavors Mango Peach and Pomegranate, has been on shelves several independent c-stores since entering the category in July 2014. It delivers 300 mg of biotin per 16-oz. bottle with 0 calories and 0 sugars. The product also contains no artificial colors, no preservatives and is gluten free.

"We have a product that hits the female audience of convenience stores, and it's healthy," said Eric Wells CEO of 2T Water. "This has been a focus of many owners that I have spoken with in the channel. They wanted more functional products for females that taste great. ... We add something fresh and new to the much-needed enhanced water category"

2T Water LLC, Atlanta, is a new-age beverage company committed to introducing premium beverages that are made with the finest quality of water. It is a health-conscious company that mainly focuses on health beverages.
