Hess, Xyience Forge Partnership

Launch contest for Ultimate Fighting Championship weekend-for-two prize package
NEW YORK -- Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fans on the East Coast who shop at Hess Express convenience stores have the chance to win a UFC weekend-for-two prize package from Xyience, makers of Xenergy. The contest runs from Dec. 1, 2009, through Jan. 31, 2010, at select Hess convenience stores from Massachusetts to Florida. The contest kicks off a partnership between Xyience and Hess.

Entry forms will be available on Xenergy case stackers at participating Hess locations; no purchase is necessary to enter the contest. The winner will be randomly selected in early February [image-nocss] and will receive two tickets to a future UFC fight, along with hotel accommodations and airfare.

The retailer started stocking Xenergy Xtremea sugar- and calorie-free energy drinkthis month and is offering the 16-oz. cans in Citrus Slam, Lemon Blast and Cherry Rush at a promotional price of two cans for $3.

Established in Las Vegas in 2004, Xyience energy drink, Xenergy, and its energy shot, X Shot, are the official energy drink and energy shot of the UFC. Xenergy has zero calories and is a sugar-free drink fortified with vitamins. Flavors include Cherry Lime, Cran Razz, Mango Guava and Blu Pom. Xenergy Xtreme Energy flavors include Lemon Blast, Citrus Slam, Cherry Rush and Apple Jak'd.

Xenergy is available in retail stores throughout the United States and Canada.
