Lancer Appoints Sr. VP Sales & Marketing

Goodwin has extensive foodservice equipment experience

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Lancer Corp., a leading manufacturer of beverage dispensing equipment, has appointed Kenneth B. Goodwin to the position of senior vice president of sales and marketing.

"Ken brings an impressive background in the foodservice equipment business, which makes him an ideal choice to lead Lancer's sales and marketing efforts."

Goodwin has served in a number of leadership roles in the foodservice equipment business, [image-nocss] including president BKI Worldwide, vice president sales and marketing and chief operating officer of Kevry Corp., group vice president sales and marketing for the Cooking Solutions Group of Standex Corp., as well as senior level sales and marketing positions with Frymaster and Blodgett Oven Co.

San Antonio, Texas-based Lancer is a vertically integrated manufacturer, employing approximately 1,500 associates. Lancer manufactures a complete range of mechanically cooled and ice-cooled soft drink dispensers, dispensing valves, carbonators, beer dispensing equipment and an extensive line of beverage dispensing parts and accessories. These products are marketed through a network of company sales representatives and authorized distributors. Lancer is a subsidiary of Hoshizaki Electric Co. Ltd., one of the world's largest suppliers of commercial kitchen equipment.
