Quik-e to Carry Koma Unwind

Lynchburg, Va., area chain adds BeBevCo's relaxation drink

LYNCHBURG, Va. -- The 12 Quik-e Food Stores will carry Bebida Beverage Co.'s (BeBevCo) Koma Unwind relaxation drink beginning next week. Novelty Express, a distributor of Koma Unwind, specializes in placement of products in convenience stores in high-visibility/high-traffic areas and will handle the direct-store delivery.

Quik-E marts joins Apple Markets, Wi-Not Stores, Slip In Stores as the growing numbers of progressive thinking retailers in Virginia.

"This is a great way to start the year for us. We will be making continuous announcements in 2012 as the blocks of the foundation continue to move us forward. It takes time to build a brand but chain by chain and store by store we are increasing the distribution of our products across the U.S. and abroad," said BeBevCo CEO Brian Weber. "With the projected growth of relaxation drinks, we are positioned well as the market leader to take advantage of this growth which will continue for the next several years."

BeBevCo develops, manufactures and markets beverages including relaxation drinks Koma Unwind Chillaxation Drink, Koma Unwind Sugar-free Chillaxation Drink and Koma Unwind Chillaxation Shot as well as Potencia Energy Drink, Potencia Blast energy shot, Relax 5 shots and Piranha Water.

Quik-e Food Stores was founded in Lynchburg, Va., in 1973, by Wilton Burgess, now CEO of Witco Inc. The business now includes 12 convenience stores, five car washes and one laundromat.
