Red Bull Camo Cans Available Memorial Day Through Labor Day

Donating portion of proceeds to Military Warriors Support Foundation Homes4WoundedHeroes

SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- Memorial Day through Labor Day, Red Bull Energy Drink will be offering camouflage cans, available for purchase through military channels and retailers immediately surrounding bases.

The energy drink maker will sell the Red Bull Camo Can as a single 16-ounce can, available in Red Bull Energy Drink, Red Bull Sugarfree and Red Bull Total Zero varieties.

A portion of the proceeds from the Red Bull Camo Can will benefit the Military Warriors Support Foundation and its Homes4WoundedHeroes program, which awards mortgage-free homes and three years of family and financial mentoring to combat wounded heroes of Iraq and Afghanistan.

"Military members around the world rely on Red Bull to get them through long shifts or to aid their focus in extreme situations, so it's nice to see the Camo Can as a tribute to the dedication of our troops," said Retired Three-Star General Leroy Sisco, founder and chief executive officer of Military Warriors Support Foundation. "Red Bull's 2012 Camo Can donation to our Homes4WoundedHeroes program provided homes for two combat wounded American veterans and this year, Red Bull hopes to double that."
