DALLAS -- 7-Eleven Inc. has named Kevin Elliott as senior vice president for merchandising and logistics. He will report to Masa Asakura, the company's executive vice present and COO.

Elliott, 41, has 19 years of experience in merchandising, inventory management, supply chain, logistics and procurement. He assumes responsibility for the company's category management, fresh foods and logistics including its network of 24 combined distribution centers in North America.
