Alto-Shaam Promotes Key Executives

Foodservice equipment maker solidifies sales, customer service teams

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. -- Alto-Shaam has promoted several employees on the sales and customer service teams.

Tito Rodriguez has been promoted to vice president of sales, Claudio Baldinelli has been promoted to vice president of sales for Canada and Chris Harvey has been promoted to business development manager. Brooke Wilman has been promoted to customer service manager for inside sales and Nancy Gagnon has been promoted to customer service manager.

Rodriguez will participate in the corporate strategic planning process and develop, prioritize and execute the corporate sales growth strategies while pursuing company sales objectives in the southeastern markets. He joined Alto-Shaam in 2013 with more than 20 years in the hospitality and foodservice industry.

Baldinelli will lead and direct the sales team to strive to meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives for Canada. He will also develop, prioritize and execute the corporate sales growth strategies while pursuing sales objectives. He will colaborate with the Canadian culinary team to expand sales and business development throughout the provinces.

Harvey will manage the northwest territory by engaging and training representative agencies to develop profitable sales opportunities, using all market resources available. Before being promoted to manager, Harvey joined Alto-Shaam in 2014 as a business development specialist, where he supported efforts in the northwest area.

Wilman will manage the inside sales team for the domestic and international divisions. She is responsible for staffing, talent development, budget, KPI attainment and more. She joined Alto-Shaam in 2004 as an inside sales representative.

Gagnon will lead the direction of all customer services and support efforts in the equipment and service parts sales for Canada. She joined Alto-Shaam in 2005 as the first representative in Canada.

Alto-Shaam, based in Menomonee Falls, Wis., provides commercial cooking solutions. Key innovations include the invention of Halo Heat technology to hold hot food. Halo Heat eventually led to the creation of the Cook & Hold oven. Alto-Shaam also introduced combination convection-steamer ovens in the United States.

With a core business in primary cooking equipment, Alto-Shaam offers an expanded product portfolio that includes Combitherm ovens, Xcelerate Hi-Speed oven, Halo-Heat cook & hold ovens, smoker ovens, heated holding technologies, heated display and merchandising solutions, QuickChiller rapid chill units, FryTech high-efficiency fryers, rotisserie ovens, convection ovens and drop-in heated and refrigerated fixture components. It also provides integrated food production systems for cook/chill, banqueting and rethermalization applications.
