Boyd Serves Up Some Grogg

Coffee blended with caramel, vanilla, spices and brandy flavor

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Boyd Coffee Co. has captured the taste of holiday-favorite Highlander Grogg in a new flavored coffee, available for a limited time only.

Highlander Grogg Coffee is reminiscent of a fine Scottish brandy flavor, with hints of caramel, spices and buttery vanilla, all in a roasted coffee. It’s just the thing for the cold, harsh winter months, or for a break from the ordinary.

Highlander Grogg can refresh a foodservice operator’s coffee offerings and encourage consumers to try a new, different and delicious hot beverage, according to the company. Accompanying merchandising materials are available to operators.

Highlander Grogg will be available beginning in mid-November for a limited time only. It comes in cases of 46 2.75-oz. packets.

Portland, Ore.-based Boyd Coffee Co. is the Pacific Northwest’s longest-operating coffee roaster and North America’s first certified organic roaster. The company also offers hot and iced teas, cappuccinos, frozen beverages and a wide variety of innovative beverage equipment suited for customers both large and small.
