Chester's to Unveil Chester’s Express Program

Offers smaller footprint, simplified menu

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Chester's International in introducing the new Chester's Express program as an option to convenience-store retailers. The Express program's smaller footprint and simplified menu makes it easier to operate a Chester's location.

Operators can be ready to serve Chester's fried chicken in as little as 30 days.

From the comprehensive library of simple and instructive training videos, customized marketing kits and ongoing in-store support, Chester's offers its retailers simple tools that save time and increase profits, the company said.

“The new Chester's Express program is a simplified version of the Chester's program featuring a streamlined menu,” said franchise development manager Kathie Vaughn. “We look forward to assisting Retailers with a smaller store footprint, to reach their foodservice potential. The Chester's team will provide all the resources to ensure retailers are successful.”

The Chester's Express pared down menu consists of bone-in chicken, tenders, breakfast biscuits, sides and more.

Chester's offers retailers turnkey development assistance, brand recognition, training, ongoing operations support and a comprehensive marketing toolkit.

The company will unveil the new Chester's Express program at the NACS Show in Las Vegas, Oct. 11-14, 2015.

Birmingham, Ala.-based Chester's has been a leader of quick-serve restaurant (QSR) concepts for more than 50 years. Chester's only uses fresh chicken that is specially marinated and double-breaded using a proprietary family recipe. Chester's menu includes bone-in, tenders and potato wedges as well as breakfast and home-style sides.
