Chain offers new coffee for free on Fridays through December 5, 99 cents all other times
CANTON, Mass. -- Cumberland Farms has introduced Farmhouse Blend with a "free Fridays" offer. The convenience store chain said that it dedicated six months to researching, testing and tasting blends with its coffee roaster to create a new taste, at an "unexpected" price.

Farmhouse Blend is a medium roast. Because Cumberland Farms understands the importance of offering its consumers a great cup of coffee at an affordable price, customers can pour a cup of Farmhouse Blend for free every Friday through December 5. Additionally, all hot beverages, of any size, will be just 99 [image-nocss] cents, every day of the week.

"We felt the time was right to offer our customers an updated and delicious coffee choice at a great price," said Ari Haseotes, president and COO for Cumberland Farms. "A great cup of coffee shouldn't cost as much as a gallon of gas, nor should anyone have to take a lot of time out of the day to get it. Farmhouse Blend is another way we provide our customers with value and convenience."

The Farmhouse Blend is available at all Cumberland Farms stores across the Northeast.

Canton, Mass.-based Cumberland Farms operates a network of retail stores, gas stations and a support system including petroleum, dairy and grocery distribution operations spans 11 states across the Northeast and Florida.

To get the word out about its new Farmhouse Blend coffee, the Cumberland Farms convenience store chain is offering free cups of coffee on Fridays through early December at its approximately 500 c-store/gas station locations in the Northeast, reported The Boston Globe.

Cumberland Farms said in a press release, "The company dedicated six months to researching, testing, and tasting blends with its coffee roaster to create a delicious new taste, at an unexpected price.
