Grindmaster-Cecilware Appoints New National Account Director

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Grindmaster-Cecilware has announced that David Williams has been appointed national account director, joining Kenny Stratton and Ken Duncan on the national accounts team.

In this position, Williams will be responsible for creating new business opportunities while developing existing customers to drive growth. He will be based in Sandy, Utah, and will report to Greg Immell, senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Williams brings more than 13 years of experience as a sales leader in the foodservice industry. He recently worked for Clipper Corp. as the director of national account sales. In this role, he led development of innovative smallwares and uniform solutions for national and international chain accounts. Before that, he was a national sales manager of commercial accounts for Blendtec. There he developed and implemented Blendtec’s key go-to-market commercial strategies resulting in customer acquisition and growth.

The company has also appointed Gregory A. Meyer as director of engineering. He will be based in Louisville.

Meyer has joined Grindmaster‐Cecilware after working as a contract engineer and Six Sigma consultant with previous experience in the commercial appliance industry at Manitowoc Food Service, Medical industry experience with Hill‐Rom and Residential Appliance experience with Electrolux, GE, Sunbeam and Whirlpool.
