MISSOULA, Mont. -- Hi-Noon Petroleum Inc. has entered into a multiple-outlet agreement with The Taco Maker Inc. to incorporate various fast-food concepts licensed by The Taco Maker into several travel and convenience centers owned and operated by Hi-Noon Petroleum.

The first Montana outlet will be located within the Russell Street Center in Missoula, Mont.

The Taco Maker, Ogden, Utah, is an International Mexican fast-food operation that licenses three food brands. The Taco Maker specializes in Mexican food prepared from scratch daily using fresh ingredients, served ala cart, or in combo meals or platters. Jake's Over the Top offers charbroiled hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and shakes. Mayan Jamma Juice offers smoothies made from a blend of fruits, nonfat yogurts, sherbets, purees and juices with additional healthy boosters such as stress reducers, fat burners, added fiber and immune builders.

The Russell Street Center includes a Noon's c-store with Sinclair fuels, Diamond Jim's Casino and a restaurant consisting of The Taco Maker and Jake's Over the Top. The facility will open in phases with the completion of each section and celebrated with a grand opening event when the all elements are open.
