Hot Stuff Names Crowley EVP/GM of Lettieri's

Will implement growth strategy, "vision"

SHAKOPEE, Minn. -- John Fontana, CEO of parent company Hot Stuff Foods, has announced the appointment of Jeff Crowley to the position of executive vice president/general manager. In this position, Crowley will oversee the implementation of the company's vision and growth strategy and be responsible for Lettieri's day-to-day operations.

Most recently, Jeff was a managing partner with the Geode Group, a consulting and advisory firm focused on revenue and earning improvements for small-to-midsized companies. Previously, as senior vice president of Sara [image-nocss] Lee's Food Service Sales & Trade Division, he led the consolidation and integration efforts for the company's $1 billion U.S. foodservice business.

"We are excited to have Jeff on board," said Fontana, "In his previous tenure, Jeff was instrumental in establishing a go-to-market strategy and organizational alignment structure that enhanced operating income and set the foundation for substantial business growth. We anticipate Jeff continuing that momentum as part of the Lettieri's team."
