As the result of a merger between two major competitorsPilot Travel Centers LLC and Flying J Inc.the federal government selected Love's as a viable company to acquire locations in key markets to ensure adequate competition.

As a nationwide restaurant partner of Love's, Chester's was able to offer the flexibility, and nimbleness to meet the foodservice offerings during these transitions, the company said.

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is a family-owned company headquartered in Oklahoma City. It has 260 locations in 38 states.
Chester's International is an emerging leader of quick-serve restaurant (QSR) concepts with more than 1,500 Chester Fried licensed and Chester's franchised locations. Along with its food products, Chester's offers flexible size and store layout options, training and support.
