ST. ROBERT, Mo. -- Convenience store fried chicken foodservice program provider Chester's International said that it has opened a new Chester's restaurant inside the Road Ranger Travel Plaza located at Exit 163 on I-44 in St. Robert, Mo., halfway between St. Louis and Branson. The grand opening marks the second of many in a newly established partnership between Road Ranger convenience stores Chester's.

The St. Robert location held a grand opening event last Friday; Chester the Chicken was there for a ribbon cutting and photos.
The unit will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering Chester's signature menu options including Chester's fried bone-in chicken, chicken tenders, potato wedges and biscuits. This newest Chester's is co-branded with Subway and will offer its customers dine-in, carryout and catering options.
"We are excited to be working with a successful operator like Road Ranger," said Ted Giles, CEO of Chester's International, Birmingham, Ala. "We are also excited about bringing our great tasting fresh fried chicken to several of these locations and look forward to a long relationship with Road Ranger."
Chester's International has more than 1,500 Chester Fried licensed and Chester's franchised locations.
