ROCKLAND, Mass. -- Tedeschi Food Shops, which announced earlier this month that it has acquired six Munce's Konvenience Stores in central New Hampshire, is now operating the former Munce's in New Hampton, N.H.
The other stores are in Warren, Plymouth (2), Tamworth and Lincoln (see Related Content below for previous CSP Daily News coverage).
The company has updated this and the other newly acquired locations, making their interiors brighter and more conducive to shopping. In addition to a wide variety of beverages, snacks, and groceries, these stores now feature an extensive selection of fresh salads, fresh sandwiches and subs, wraps, and snacks that are prepared by Tedeschi Fresh Foods, the company's proprietary commissary.
The stores also all offer freshly brewed hot and iced coffee.
Established in 1923, Tedeschi Food Shops, based in Rockland, Mass., is a family-owned and -operated convenience store chain with more than $600 million in annual revenue. The company operates 190 convenience store locations throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
