Three New Coffees to Debut at Quick Chek

Coffee House Dark Roast, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Blueberry Muffin to make June premiere
WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. -- Beginning Monday, June 14, Quick Chek, a leading chain of more than 120 fresh food convenience store locations throughout New Jersey and southern New York, will begin offering customers three new coffee varieties.

Coffee House Dark Roast, a new signature Quick Chek coffee variety, is a blend of four coffees from Central and South America. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, a new single-origin coffee, is from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. And Blueberry Muffin, a new flavored coffee, is from Columbia, Brazil and Central America.

"Quick Chek is [image-nocss] known for offering customers an impressive collection of the world's most distinctive coffees," said Mandy Steindl-Kwiecien, category manager for Whitehouse Station, N.J.-based Quick Chek. "While our new Coffee House Dark Roast is intensely roasted for a full body with a rich aroma and a smooth, sweet finish, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe features a floral aroma and slightly spicy, tangy wine-like flavor and finish while Blueberry Muffin offers a bright fruity flavor with a hint of cinnamon."

Quick Chek's new Coffee House Dark Roast will be available to customers throughout the year. Available for a limited time only, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and Blueberry Muffin will be offered through Sunday, September 5.

Devoted to providing convenient shopping blended with an expansive range of fresh products and services, Quick Chek is a market leader in foodservice with a fresh coffee and fresh food program. Operating more than 120 retail locations in New Jersey and southern New York, Quick Chek's locations include 12 pharmacy stores and 26 locations with fuel.
