CITGO-EZ Express Mart in Lehman, Pa., Adds U-Haul Rentals & Supplies

New retailers in Wash., Minn., Alberta also offering moving services, merchandise

LEHMAN, Pa. -- Manisha and Pragnesh Patel, owners of CITGO-EZ Express Mart in Lehman, Pa., recently added U-Haul truck and trailer rentals and merchandise to the CITGO gas station business. Several other retailers recently followed suit.

Steve Dilly, owner of Discount Tobacco & Beverage, located in East Wenatchee, Wash., recently added U-Haul truck and trailer rentals to the convenience store business he has been operating since 2012.

"We became a U-Haul dealer to diversify our business, by partnering with a top-quality nationally branded company," Dilly said.

Joseph Czech, owner of Belle Prairie Junction, located in Little Falls, Minn., recently added U-Haul truck and trailer rentals and moving merchandise to the gas station business he has been operating since June 1, 1989.

"Our accessibility, spacious lot and location make us the perfect spot for a U-Haul location," Czech said. "U-Haul is well known and has an excellent reputation. Belle Prairie Junction looks forward to having a long lasting relationship for many years to come."

Myungjong Kim, owner of Smart Mart Convenience Store No. 104, located in Calgary, Alberta, recently added U-Haul truck and trailer rentals to the convenience store business he has been operating since February 1, 2012.

"We're glad to be one of the U-Haul dealerships around the Southwest area in Calgary, so that it will be more convenient for customers to rent U-Haul equipment," Kim said. "I am very glad that I can provide full moving-related services to my neighbors. They are very happy because we are here. I am proud of it."

The retailers can now offer its customers a variety of moving equipment and supplies designed specifically for moving household furnishings, including moving vans, open trailers, closed trailers, furniture pads, appliance dollies, furniture dollies, tow dollies and auto transports.

Phoenix-based U-Haul was founded by a Navy veteran who grew up during the Great Depression.
