Eby-Brown Launches Eby-Expo East

Convenience distributor expands its annual trade show to reach growing East Coast customer base

NAPERVILLE, Ill. --Eby-Brown Co. is expanding its flagship trade show to better serve customers on the East Coast.

Eby-Expo East launched April 4 in Cleveland to help expand the company's reach with its growing customer base. It hosted more than 900 retail partners and vendors, focusing on innovative solutions and the growing need for foodservice options in c-stores. The show also provides attendees with information around the distributor's evolving technology products.

“Eby-Expo East is the perfect opportunity to bring our latest technology, product offerings and foodservice solutions to our customers," said Tom Wake, co-president of Naperville, Ill.-based Eby-Brown.

Wake said the interactive, educational show features Eby-Brown's foodservice and Wakefield offerings, as well as more than 40 other vendors with food and beverage products trending in the c-store market.

“We are just as excited about demonstrating to our retail partners the value we add through best-in-class category management programs, promotional offerings and sophisticated technology," he said, "like our mobile application, ESP 360, that empowers our customers with easy, efficient ordering technology from their mobile device.”

Eby-Brown will also host Eby-Expo Midwest from April 27-28 in Rosemont, Ill.

Eby-Brown Co. LLC is a family-owned, wholesale consumer products distributor in the convenience industry with more than 125 years in the business. Eby-Brown owns and operates eight distribution centers throughout the Midwest, South, Southeast, Midwest and East Coast.
