While in college, Kurolapnik completed an internship with Eby-Brown within the sales department. He joined Eby-Brown in June 2011. He is currently responsible for managing Eby-Brown's Vendor Day Program and overseeing SmartProcess interface with the sales department. Prior to his current responsibilities within the merchandising department, Kurolapnik spent time in various positions within Eby-Brown's sales and procurement departments, respectively.

Kurolapnik began his full-time career as a sales management trainee focused on independent sales training. As a replenishment buyer he handled purchasing responsibilities for the other tobacco products (OTP) and store supplies categories. Most recently, as a key account manager, Kurolapnik managed the day-to-day operational execution of one of Eby-Brown's major retail partners.

Naperville, Ill.-based Eby-Brown is the largest privately-owned wholesale distribution company to the convenience industry, it said.
