The company is a full-service distributor, innovator and importer of impulse, convenience, automotive and general goods merchandise.

Haynes will have oversight of the strategic direction and expansion of new business. With more than 20 years of experience in working with the wholesale and convenience store marketplace, he was the former vice president of sales and marketing for Tantus Tobacco, where he led the company through a period of sales growth.

"I'm excited to be joining the great people at Lynco Products. I will be working hard to develop new opportunities with the many wholesalers and c-stores that I have worked with so long in the past. Lynco has a vast product selection that I look forward to presenting," said Haynes.

"I am thrilled that Ross has joined our team," said Tony Alexander, owner of the Milan, Ill.-based company.

"He shares our values and our focus on innovation, and he places the same strong emphasis as we do on the customer experience. He has shown himself to be an extraordinary leader throughout his career and has a proven track record," Alexander said.
