Sheets Energy Strips Inks New Distribution Agreements

Establishes exclusive relationships with Convenience Valet, Energy1 Distribution
NEW YORK -- Sheets Energy Strips has announced new exclusive distribution relationships with Convenience Valet and Energy1 Distribution. Following the launch of the product, PureBrands, the owner of Sheets Energy Strips, will enhance the smaller store presence of their energy strips with these agreements.

In addition, PureBrands will continue to maintain direct sales and marketing relationships with all key retailers that have already been shipped Sheets.

Sheets paper-thin, individually wrapped, dissolvable pocket-sized strips are placed on the tongue, begin to dissolve [image-nocss] instantly and are easily swallowed and digested delivering hours of energy. With multiple flavors and no calories, no carbohydrates, no sugar, they require no water and will not spill or melt.

Sheets uses proprietary technology that provides a delivery system enabling consumers to get fast-acting energy.

"Sheets is a product that is in very high demand and by forming these new relationships with Convenience Valet and Energy1 Distribution, to go along with agreements we already have in place, we are ensuring that consumers will easily find Sheets in all stores they shop in regularly," said PureBrands CEO Warren Struhl.

Convenience Valet is the authorized distributor of Sheets Energy Strips to chain convenience stores and candy and tobacco distributors, college bookstores, hotel/casino, cruise lines, airport and travel plaza retail locations. For 50 years, it has been a leading provider of nationally branded convenience and travel-sized OTC drugs, sundries and health and wellness products to convenience and travel retailers.

"We're thrilled to be working with PureBrands on the distribution of their new energy product," said David Baum, CEO of Convenience Valet. "Sheets Energy Strips have been flying off the shelves of our retailers around the country and we could not be happier with the results thus far from our new relationship."

Energy1 Distribution is the authorized distributor of Sheets Energy Strips in independent convenience stores, bodegas, check cashing stores, car washes and laundromats that have fewer than 50 locations. Energy1 was founded by distribution experts within the consumer products industry. "We're excited to be a part of the PureBrands distribution strategy for their revolutionary Energy Sheets product line," said Steve Smith, chairman of Energy1 Distribution. "The response we are getting for Sheets Energy Strips is unlike anything we have ever seen from a consumer product."

The Sheets Energy Strips brand--available nationwide--was launched in June 2011 and was co-founded by basketball star LeBron James and top brand executives Warren Struhl, Jesse Itzler and Maverick Carter.
