JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Acosta Sales & Marketing Co. has signed a letter of intent to acquire Team Northwest, a sales and marketing agency serving the Pacific Northwest region.
By joining forces with Team Northwest, Acosta will strengthen its presence throughout the store in this geographic area, it said. This acquisition is a significant transaction in Acosta's strategy to solidify its leadership position across the United States, and it is expected to close by February 28.

According to Team Northwest Managing Partner Ron Olsen, Acosta's national platform and powerful technology will add incremental resources for our clients and customers. Acosta's resources will provide our associates and clients with more growth opportunities.
