Alon Brands to Give Away 13 Cars in 2013

Clean 13 initiative takes program to higher level for customers, community, store managers

DALLAS -- Alon Brands, the Dallas-based supplier and marketer of branded fuels and the largest 7-Eleven licensee in North America, has announced the official launch of Clean 13, the company's yearlong campaign to give away 13 cars in 2013.

Clean 13 is a new initiative inspired by the success of the Alon Brands Clean TEAM program, which Alon Brands established in 2010 to reward employees and distributors for meeting certain standards for excellence in stores.

Each year, the company has evaluated stores in key areas that are important to the customer--such as clean restrooms and stocked shelves--and then presented a new car to the manager of the store with the highest Clean TEAM score.

Now, according to Kyle McKeen, president and CEO of Alon Brands, Clean 13 takes this concept to a new level by providing loyal customers, deserving community organizations and dedicated store managers the chance to win one of 13 cars in 2013.

"With the successful launch of the ALON brand and the strong adoption of the Clean TEAM program among our employees and distributors, we're expanding the program in 2013 to include our customers and charitable organizations," said McKeen. "We're looking forward to seeing the impact of Clean 13 as a part of our continued commitment to delivering distributors and customers value beyond fuel supply."

Customers can enter for a chance to win one of four brand new cars, as well as free gasoline and other prizes, by visiting any company-owned or distributor location in the ALON network. Stores will provide up to one "Load the Code" card per customer per day, which customers can use to enter online at www.myalon.com/loadthecode.

Alon Brands is also giving back to the champions who are making a difference in the communities it serves. Customers will have an opportunity to vote on the nonprofit organizations they feel are most deserving of or in need of a new car, and Alon Brands will donate a total of four cars to support these causes.

Finally, Alon Brands will continue to reward the stores that offer the cleanest, friendliest store experience possible. This year, the company will be giving away at least five brand new cars and cash prizes to top performing store managers in company-owned and distributor locations.

Alon Brands is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in North America, marketing ALON motor fuel products at 900 locations, including 300 company-owned locations in Texas and New Mexico.
