ARCO Signs Agreement for inOvationTV at 138 Stations

Making network available at no charge to any of its 1,400 retailers

LOS ANGELES -- ARCO has signed a deal with Gas Station TV (GSTV), a leading national away-from-home television network at the pump, and Wayne, A GE Energy Business and global innovator of fuel dispensers and technologies, to have inOvationTV installed at 138 of its stations immediately. As part of this relationship, ARCO is also making inOvationTV available at no charge to any of its 1,400 retailers that qualify.

inOvationTV is available as a retrofit to existing Wayne Ovation fuel dispensers, or it can be included at no charge with new Ovation dispenser purchases.

GSTV has been ARCO's exclusive video at the pump partner and installed at ARCO locations in the Los Angeles and San Francisco markets since 2007. Now, this relationship expands, as inOvationTV will grow GSTV's penetration in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Phoenix, Sacramento, San Diego and Las Vegas.

"We are pleased that ARCO has approved inOvationTV for installation at 138 of their stations," said David Leider, CEO of Gas Station TV. "This influx of more than three million monthly drivers viewing our programming now extends our industry leading reach to over 31 million monthly drivers."

inOvationTV was co-developed by GSTV and Wayne and launched in September 2011. Once fully deployed, inOvationTV will triple GSTV's monthly viewership to more than 70 million consumers.

"Wayne has a long and proud history with the ARCO brand and has been providing fuel dispenser solutions to ARCO and their retailers for over 20 years," said Brad Schumacher, senior director global marketing and strategic accounts at Wayne. "We are very pleased to be an integral part of providing the inOvationTV experience for ARCO retailers and their customers."

Fuel retailers outfitted with inOvationTV can inform and entertain their customers with GSTV's exclusive content experience, including news from HLN, entertainment headlines from Showbiz Tonight, sports recaps from ESPN, business and personal finance reports from Bloomberg TV, local weather from AccuWeather and GSTV's original social media television show, "Your Neighborhood."

Wayne is a component of GE's 2011 acquisition of Dresser Inc. and is a global leader in the design, manufacture and servicing of fueling forecourt solutions where reliability and uptime are critical. Dispenser, payment platforms, control systems and technology from Wayne play an essential role in traditional and alternative fueling sites around the world.

Detroit-based GSTV has grown from a five-station pilot in Dallas to 31 million monthly viewers at the pump in more than 100 U.S. designated market areas (DMAs) at the nation's leading gas retailers. With offices in Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York, GSTV is a proven tool for driving business for advertisers and increasing the revenue stream for gas retailers. As the first independently audited and measured network in the gas space, GSTV delivers Nielsen verified viewership, demographics, dwell time, network size and recall.

London-based BP plc, with U.S. headquarters in La Palma, Calif. (West), and Warrenville, Ill. More than 1,300 ARCO-branded sites currently operate in five western states: California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona.
