Shell operates one of Canada's largest convenience store and retail fuel networks. It is expected that DCPayments will install in excess of 400 BMO-branded ATMs in Shell locations.

Rollout of the ATMs will begin immediately; the companies expect it to be completed during second-quarter 2015.

DCPayments-owned, BMO-branded ATMs provide BMO customers with convenient, fee-free access to cash in Shell locations in Canada.

"At BMO, we recognize the value of forming and maintaining strategic partnerships with industry leaders and are pleased to build on our existing relationship with DCPayments to expand our ATM footprint with Shell Canada," said Steven Nowaczyk, head of the North American ATM channel for BMO Financial Group.
