OMAHA, Neb. --Buchanan Energy Co. and its Bucky's convenience store division recently agreed to install Wayne Ovation fuel dispensers equipped with the inOvationTV media platform at more than 35 of its company-owned Mobil gas stations in the Chicago metropolitan area.
The inOvationTV media program is a forecourt media platform, offered jointly by Wayne, A GE Business, and Gas Station TV (GSTV).
"We are first and foremost in the customer service business," said Steve Buchanan, president of Buchanan Energy, Omaha, Neb. "We really like the fact that the inOvationTV media program will improve the fueling experience for our customers and help improve consumer loyalty and traffic at our stores."
The inOvationTV media program features exclusive programming provided by GSTV, and the new agreement will increase the reach and viewership of the GSTV network. "Chicagoland is obviously a significant and important region," said David Leider, CEO of GSTV. "We're very pleased that Buchanan has afforded us the opportunity to significantly increase our presence in the greater Chicago metropolitan area and enhance the forecourt dynamic for Buchanan and their customers."
The agreement also represents a significant commitment on the part of Buchanan Energy and Bucky's to upgrade their forecourts with new dispensers.

Buchanan Energy (dba Bucky's) is a family-owned and -operated chain of 200 c-stores and gas stations in the Midwest. Company stores sell fuel under the BP, ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips brands. Bucky's Convenience Stores operates locations in the Omaha and Council Bluffs, Iowa, area, as well as in the Chicago and St. Louis areas. In addition to the c-stores and fueling locations, the company has a wholesale fuel supply and transport division. The wholesale division supplies and transports fuel to select BP and ConocoPhillips stations in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and Illinois.
