Clark, Crown Create Credit Card

Roll out new Clark Platinum Edition MasterCard with First National Bank of Omaha
NAPERVILLE, Ill., BALTIMORE & OMAHA, Neb. -- Clark Brands LLC, Crown Central LLC and First National Credit Card Center (FNCCC), a division of First National Bank of Omaha, have introduced the Clark Platinum Edition MasterCard card. The new credit card will be issued by First National Bank of Omaha and is designed to increase consumer loyalty and add value to Clark's and Crown's brand programs. Clark, with stores primarily in the Midwest and Central states, and Crown, with stores in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast states, have partnered to broaden the scope and reach of the new [image-nocss] card by co-branding the card with both the Clark and Crown logos.

"We are pleased and excited to introduce the new Clark Platinum Edition MasterCard in partnership with First National Bank of Omaha," said Clark's president, Karl Goodhouse. "This card will provide value to our licensees, their dealers and retail customers and will enhance the value of the Clark brand. We're able to offer a very competitive co-branded credit card that provides great rewards with First National and Crown as our partners."

The Clark Platinum Edition MasterCard card provides consumers with the following benefits:
4% cash back on qualifying purchases made at participating Clark and Crown locations every day after the introductory period. 1% cash back on all qualifying purchases made anywhere other than a Clark or Crown location. $25 in cash rewards once 2500 points have been earned. Cardholders will be able to redeem their cash rewards through their online account access or by calling FNBO. Customers will be able to receive a check or statement credit, or they will be able to have the money deposited in a bank account. During launch: 10% cash back will replace 4% cash back on qualifying purchases made at participating Clark and Crown locations during the first two billing cycles after the account is opened. At today's gasoline prices, that is often a savings of more than 20 cents per gallon. "This program will provide the Clark and Crown retailers with an excellent way to reach new customers and retain existing ones, while providing their customers a valuable financial tool with rewards," said Stephen F. Eulie, president of First National Credit Card Center.

"The combination of a great consumer credit-card product provided through First National Bank and the Crown and Clark store networks create a natural geographic alliance," said Bob Fritz, General Manager of Crown Central. "This partnership will provide benefits for all of our retail customers and store licensees."

Clark Brands, Naperville, Ill., owns the Clark family of brands. The company licenses the Clark gasoline brand and the Four Corners Coffee brand to independent petroleum marketers and retailers. Clark also processes credit-card and payments transactions for independents in 28 states and the District of Columbia.

Crown Central, headquartered in Baltimore, by the end of 2005 divested most of its direct-operated retail and refining assets and moved to expand the Crown brands (Crown, Fast Fare, Express Mart and Zippy Mart) through licensing programs available in all 50 states to independent retail operators and lube oil suppliers.

FNCCC is a leader in the partnership space with approximately 700 financial institution and co- brand partners. As a leading issuer of partnership credit cards, First National is committed to its customers and able to offer quality products and superior service in order for them to achieve their goals. First National Bank is a subsidiary of First National of Nebraska, Omaha, a major U.S. private banking company. First National and its affiliates have $19 billion in managed assets.
