Cosby Oil's DFW Locations Join U.S. Bank Channel Partner Program

Distributor tapping into nationwide Voyager network
SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. -- Cosby Oil Co. Inc.'s locations in Texas are now part of U.S. Bank's Channel Partner Program. The Cosby Fuels card will be accepted at the company's 10 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as well as at an additional 230,000 fuel and maintenance locations on the Voyager network.

"We're excited at the opportunity to partner with U.S. Bank for our Texas fleet," said Cosby CEO Larry Clanton. "Our drivers appreciate the near-universal acceptance of the Voyager card, while our fleet administrators appreciate its sophisticated purchase controls and [image-nocss] comprehensive-yet-easy-to-read transaction data."

By becoming a channel partner, Cosby Oil joins the nationwide U.S. Bank network of providers offering efficient and controlled ways to purchase fuel and maintenance services. The U.S. Bank Channel Partner Program allows partners to generate revenue based on monthly fuel volume purchased with the co-branded Voyager Fleet Card at domestic and remote locations.

"Cosby Oil's 62-year heritage of serving customers with quality products and services makes them an ideal channel partner," said Jeff Rankin, senior sales and marketing officer, U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems. "We welcome them to the program and look forward to helping them take their offering to a new level."

U.S. Bank, a provider of universal fleet fueling and maintenance cards and owner of the Voyager merchant processing network, is expanding its Channel Partner Program.

Voyager Fleet Systems Inc. is a leading card network for fuel and maintenance merchants. U.S. Bank is the fifth largest commercial bank in the United States. Its parent company is U.S. Bancorp, with $311 billion in assets as of March 31, 2011.
