The brand is targeting qualified single-unit and multi-unit candidates, as well as area developers nationwide.

The Farm Stores concept--a hybrid of a neighborhood grocery store, bakery and quick-service restaurant--is a drive-thru retail concept that allows consumers to purchase products without having to leave their car. From popular grocery brands and household items--including proprietary Farm Stores products--to prepared foods and freshly baked goods, Farm Stores gives busy consumers the ability to save time by providing a fast and convenient way to buy groceries, snacks and household supplies.

Farm Stores has been operating stores across Florida since 1957. There approximately 80 Farm Stores in Florida.

"For more than 55 years, we've perfected the idea of convenience by taking the express lane of your neighborhood grocery store and bringing it to the window of your car," said Carlos Bared, CEO of Farm Stores Corp., Miami. "The Farm Stores concept defines its own category by offering an innovative, premium shopping experience for the family on the go without sacrificing quality or product offering."

To expand its footprint, Farm Stores has embarked on a growth strategy that includes initial development efforts focused on Florida and extending into select suburban markets across the country. In order to fuel franchise development, the company is seeking single- and multi-unit operators, and area developers with business management or retail experience. Franchisees can expect the total cost of investment for one store to range from $200,000 to $500,000.

Franchisees will benefit from a wide range of real-estate options including new construction and acquisition of existing assets.

As part of its strategy, Farm Stores recently unveiled a brand new eco-friendly prefabricated building, and Farms Stores plans to launch its first order-ahead mobile app later this year.

"Farm Stores aims to serve the needs of today's busy families, and we're excited to introduce our unique shopping experience and a new level of convenience to communities across the country," said Maurice Bared, COO of Farm Stores. "We strive to be leaders in the industry, which is why we are continually investing in technology and innovation to enhance both the customer experience and franchise operations."
