BARNHART, Mo. -- For the 10th anniversary of its sponsorship, Home Service Oil Co., which has sponsored the HSOC/MDA Bass Buddy Tournament at Lake of the Ozarks since 2001, on Saturday raffled off president David E. Mangelsdorf's personal Ranger Z21 boat, including motor, to help benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).
The boat was raffled off and the winning ticket was drawn at the tournament weigh-in. Ticket sales were limited to only 1,500 maximum$50 dollars for one ticket or three for $100 dollars.
Mangelsdorf said the boat and motor are worth more [image-nocss] than $30,000.
Barnhart, Mo.-based Home Service Oil operates 15 Express Mart convenience stores in Jefferson County, Mo., and the surrounding area. It is a supplier of heating oil, diesel fuels and gasoline. Retail brands include Phillips 66 and BP, as well as its own Express Mart fuel brand.
