Getty Petroleum Marketing/Lukoil renews fleet card contract

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine -- Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc. has executed a five-year contract extension with Wright Express Corp. Wright Express has administered and offered a proprietary branded fleet card for Getty since 1986.

Getty currently markets fuel under both the Getty and Lukoil brands at approximately 1,300 Getty branded sites and at many new Lukoil branded locations. The new business agreement also launches new, Lukoil branded charge cards: the Lukoil Fleet and Lukoil Business cards, along with a new cobranded affinity card, the Lukoil/Wright [image-nocss] Express Universal card. These cards extend volume discounts to all current and future Getty/Lukoil fleet customers, along with an expanding network of locations offering fuel and convenience products.

We are delighted that Getty, a preeminent fuel retailer with more than 1,300 branded locations in 13 northeastern and mid-Atlantic states, chose to renew its private-label contract and launch its Lukoil-branded card with us, said Michael E. Dubyak, president and CEO of Wright Express. Our relationship with Getty goes back nearly 20 years, to 1986, when they signed on with us as our first private-label partner.

Wright Express, South Portland, Maine, is a leading provider of payment processing and information management services to the U.S. commercial and government vehicle fleet industry. It provides these services for more than 298,000 commercial and government fleets containing more than 4.2 million vehicles.
