Loiacono Named VP of Sales at Eby-Brown

Will serve the Baltimore area

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Eby-Brown, a leading consumer products distributor to convenience stores in the eastern United States, has announced that Steve Loiacono has accepted the position of vice president of sales for Baltimore. Formerly performing as key account manager in Illinois, Loiacono has accepted this new position and begins work immediately.

Loiacono has worked for Eby-Brown for 32 years, starting as a sales representative, then earning a promotion to sales management in 2005.

A privately held company, Eby-Brown, with headquarters in Naperville, Ill., is one of the largest distributors in the United States, providing consumer goods and other products to small and large retailers in the convenience channel of trade in a 28-state area. The company serves approximately 12,000 retail locations through seven distribution centers. Eby-Brown is also the parent company of convenience foodservice provider Wakefield Sandwich Co., Springfield, Ohio.
