Both joined Mark VII as part of its recent acquisition of Toronto-based former PDQ distributor Advantek Inc., where they were partners and co-founded the company.

Founded in 1966 and headquartered in Arvada, Colo., Mark VII is a wholly owned subsidiary of WashTec AG of Germany. The combined companies have a global installed base of more than 30,000 units and sell a complete line of touchfree and friction rollover, self-serve, truck and tunnel carwash systems, as well as ancillary products and services. WashTec AG is a German corporation. WashTec AG and Mark VII are not related to or affiliated with Integrated Services Inc., a U.S. company that markets a car wash controller product in the United States under the trademark WashTEC.
