Also opens NYC office to serve East Coast

SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- Outcast, a major digital out-of-home network with patented pump-activation technology to provide advertisers with 100% measurability, said that it is expanding its Fuelcast Network to New York. The company also announced that it has opened a New York office to continue supporting its aggressive growth in major designated metropolitan areas (DMAs) across the United States. The New York office will service East Coast clients and advertisers and provide support.

Outcast reaches captive consumers with premium digital content and customized, interactive [image-nocss] ads on high-definition flat screens. The company has patented technology that begins the content loop when a customer lifts the pump handle to provide advertisers with measurability.
