SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine -- Pacific Pride Services LLC, a subsidiary of Wright Express Corporation, has announced a new Universal Card program allowing fuel marketers to provide their fleet customers with increased acceptance at 180,000 retail sites and 45,000 service merchants nationwide.
"As an enhancement to our fleet card programs, the new Universal Card offers marketers a more complete fueling solution to bring to their commercial cardlock customers," said Greg D. "It leverages the Wright Express network to provide fleets with the local service and cardlock advantages they are searching for in addition to the convenience of nationwide card acceptance, which also increases their cost savings."
The program offers numerous benefits for fuel marketers including the ability to generate increased revenue with a rebate on all out-of-network spending and to maintain complete ownership of the customer relationships, including credit adjudication, billing and customer service.
Online capabilities give fuel marketers the tools to service and manage customer accounts, or they can open up access and let customers manage it themselves. Additionally, through the self-serve Pacific Pride Marketing Portal, fuel marketers have access to customizable sales and marketing materials.
