Reid, Baker to lead business development for retail, QSR, convenience/fuel stores markets

KATY, Texas -- Pointsmith, a leading at-store point-of-purchase (POP) management company, has named Heather Reid to lead the company's business development efforts throughout the Western region. In her new role, Reid will be responsible for cultivating new relationships, sharing best business practices, and growing market share within the retail, quick-serve restaurant and convenience/fuel retail markets.

Prior to joining Pointsmith, Reid spent more than 10 years in the radio industry, with hands-on experience in sales, campaign creation and management. As a seasoned marketing professional, Reid has a proven track record in using consumer insights and industry knowledge to successfully launch new brands.

In other company news, Pointsmith recently hired Rick Baker to lead the company's business development efforts throughout the Central states region. In his new role, Baker will be responsible for cultivating new relationships, sharing best business practices and growing market share within the national retail, quick-serve restaurant and convenience/fuel stores markets.

As an outside sales and business development professional in the printing and graphic arts industry for more than 25 years, Baker has a successful track record in bringing innovative program solutions to his clients and employers, which have included POP signage, visual communications, print management and corporate stationery programs, as well as e-commerce and web-to-print solutions.

Also Pointsmith has promoted Jared Bryant to serve as the company's chief operations officer.

In his new role, Bryant will be responsible for managing all aspects of Pointsmith's production processes and 180,000 square-foot production facilities. Prior to his recent appointment, Bryant served as Pointsmith's production supervisor for eight years, overseeing the pre-press, printing and finishing departments.
