PHOENIX -- All QuikTrip convenience stores throughout the Phoenix metro area are now offering access to surcharge-free Allpoint ATMs, the Allpoint Network has announced.
Allpoint provides convenient cash access in 330 retail locations in the area.
At $3.15, Phoenix has the second-highest ATM surcharge fees in the country, according to Allpoint. If Phoenix residents use an out-of-network ATM once per week, they could spend more than $160 a year in ATM fees. Allpoint Network’s addition of all Arizona QuikTrip locations enables Phoenix-area residents to conveniently access their money and avoid the surcharge fee.
To raise awareness of surcharge-free ATM access, the Allpoint Network will host a Surcharge-Free Day, offering customers surcharge-free access to all Allpoint ATMs in Arizona QuikTrip locations regardless of their financial institution.
The Allpoint Network will also work alongside Councilman Bill Gates to inform residents and visitors of free events and activities throughout the city.
Phoenix residents and visitors interested in connecting with the “Welcome to Feenix” campaign can, through March 13, snap a selfie with a new Allpoint ATM at any Arizona QuikTrip and share it on Twitter with the @Allpoint handle and the hashtag #FeenixForTheWin.
Participants will be entered for a chance to win a $500 or $50 gift card to QuikTrip.
From March 11 to March 13, they can visit the Allpoint tent at the McDowell Mountain Music Festival for giveaways and “Welcome to Feenix” information.
And from March 14 to April 3, they can share a photo that features a free event/activity with #FeenixForTheWin on Twitter, or reply with a photo to a designated Allpoint #FeenixForTheWin Facebook post for a chance to win a $500 or $50 gift card to QuikTrip.
