QuikTrip Launches Fuel-Savings Program

Partners with Iowa grocery chain

DES MOINES, Iowa -- Dahl's Foods stores and QuikTrip convenience stores announced Monday that they are launching a fuel-savings program.

Customers accrue savings on the My Ways to Save Club Card when their grocery bill tops $50, according to a KCCI Des Moines report.

Dahl's said buying $50 to $99 of any products in the store will earn customers 4 cents off per gallon of gas at Dahl's Fuel or QuikTrip locations.

Spending from $100 to $149 on groceries earns 9 cents per gallon, and $150 plus earns 15 cents off per gallon. Filing a prescription earns 5 cents off per gallon.

"With nearly every product in our stores eligible for savings, this promotion is already getting great reviews from our shoppers," said Dahl's CEO David Sinnwell.

Dahl's said that those who enroll now through Dec. 15 in the new fuel-savings program will also be entered to win one of 15 $100 Dahl's gift cards.
