Rutter's Announces First Winners in Register, Scan & Win Sweepstakes

Retailer awarded more than 900 prizes in February
YORK, Pa. -- Rutter's Farms Stores Inc. has announced the winners in the Register, Scan & Win Sweepstakes. Rutter's Farm Stores awarded more than 900 prizes to registered Rutter's Rewards cardholders in the February drawing and will continue to do so through the end of 2011.

Chad Donley of Brogue, N.Y., and John Lacesa of York, Pa., both won free gasoline for a month, while Karen Lundy won a 47-inch flat-screen TV. Pat Richards of New Cumberland, Pa., won free coffee for a year.

Other prizes Rutter's handed out in February included free breakfast sandwich coupons, [image-nocss] free large coffee coupons, free soup for the season, $10 Rutter's gift cards and $1 added to the balance of the winner's Rutter's Rewards cards.

"The benefit to being a registered Rutter's Reward card user has always been the savings our customers can earn and redeem as cents off per gallon at the pump without having to spend $50 or $100 like some other programs require," said Jeff Leedy, senior vice president of marketing for Rutter's. "The Register, Scan & Win Sweepstakes is another way for us to show our appreciation to our loyal customers by rewarding them with great prizes."

Customers can register their Rutter's Rewards cards at www.ruttersrewards.com.

York-based Rutter's Farm Stores is a family-owned and managed enterprise that operates 55 convenience stores throughout south central Pennsylvania.
