Other prizes Rutter's handed our this month included a large-screen TV, free gasoline for [image-nocss] a month, $1 added to the balance of the winner's Rutter's Rewards card, $10 Rutter's gift cards, coupons for free breakfast sandwiches for a year and coupons for a free large coffee.
"In this contest, employees have a chance to win too, which elevates the level of friendly competition between stores to provide the best service to customers," said Leedy, "It's also a good way to reward hard work and a job well done."
The large-screen TV winner, Richard Kulp of Stewartstown, was selected from the Rutter's located in Stewartstown, which means that each employee at the Stewartstown store is entered into a drawing and eligible to win a similar TV.
Since the beginning of the Rutter's Rewards program 18 months ago, members have saved more than $1 million dollars on gasoline purchases, the company said. Details about the Rutters's Reward program as well as the mobile app available for smart phone users can be found at www.ruttersrewards.com.
