"In these tough economic times, everyone is looking for that little extra bargain or special deal," said Scott Hartman, president and CEO of Rutter's Farm Stores. "So we've doubled the number of free-gas prizes from last year's contest and, with the help of our friends at Kunzler, added the Harley giveaway. We expect to see a record number of entries given that there will be so much more to win."
