TA Opens Eight UltraMobile Verizon Retail Outlets in Ohio & Pa.

Plans include expansion to 100 locations through 2012

WESTLAKE, Ohio -- TravelCenters of America LLC has become an authorized Verizon wireless retailer and opened retail outlets under the UltraMobile name at eight of its TA and Petro Stopping Centers branded locations in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The UltraMobile outlets provide a full service offering in a convenient location for professional drivers and highway motorists.

UltraMobile can be found at the following locations:

  • Petro Girard, I-80, exit 226, Girard, Ohio.
  • Petro New Paris, I-70, exit 156B, New Paris, Ohio.
  • TA Harborcreek, I-90, exit 35, Erie, Pa.
  • TA Hebron, I-70, exit 126, Hebron, Ohio,
  • TA Jeffersonville, I-71, exit 65, Jeffersonville, Ohio,
  • TA Lodi, I-71, exit 209, Seville, Ohio,
  • TA London, I-70, exit 79, London, Ohio,
  • TA Toledo, I-80/I-90, exit 5, Perrysburg, Ohio.

All locations are open Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

With UltraMobile, customers can purchase phones, set up service plans and new activations, upgrade existing plans, and pay their Verizon bills. UltraMobile carries all makes of phone provider accessories. Data/internet cards, PCs, tablets and prepaid wireless phones/cards are also available. UltraMobile sites also have the ability to transfer a customer's contact information from one handset to another.

For professional drivers, UltraONE Points can be redeemed for phones and accessories at UltraMobile sites, and store associates will load the TA and Petro TruckSmart mobile app on all smartphones, in addition to demonstrating all of the app's features. Drivers can use the app to locate TA and Petro sites, access their UltraONE loyalty program account information and enter the shower queue without going to a kiosk.
