Three Tulsa Gas Station Properties on Auction Block

Varying c-store sites available to highest bidders

TULSA, Okla. -- Three fueling stations (two with car washes) located in high-traffic areas with easy access to I-244 in Tulsa, Okla., will be auctioned off early next month.

The properties will be sold at high bidder's choice at a live, on-site auction at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 3204 W. 45 St. S, Tulsa, Okla., conducted by AmeriBid.

  1. The first, located at 3204 W. 45th St. S., is a micro Shell station with automatic car wash. The 0.38-acre, West Tulsa property has a traffic count of approximately 27,500+/- cars per day.
  2.  The second property, located at 4903 E. Admiral Blvd. S., is a former Shell station sitting on a 0.58-acre lot with features including a high-rise sign, a 1,300-square-foot convenience store and a car wash. The traffic count averages more than 100,000 cars per day.
  3. Lastly, the property located at 621 S. Sheridan Rd. E. sits on 0.59 acres. It contains four fiberglass fuel tanks that can hold up to 34,000 gallons. This property has a traffic count of more than 13,500 cars per day.

"The location alone should really spur the attention of anyone looking not just for fueling stations, but commercial real estate at high-traffic locations," said Matt Fisher, manager of operations at AmeriBid. "Buyers can come name their price for an opportunity to own any or all of these locations.”

Properties may be inspected during scheduled previews on Thursday, March 28, and Thursday, April 4. Based in Tulsa, Okla., AmeriBid is a global real-estate auction leader specializing in the sale of commercial and residential real estate, land properties and other assets for lenders, servicers, receivers, bankruptcy attorneys, estates, private owners, investment companies and local, state and federal government agencies.
