PLANO, Texas -- Grandma's Cookies, a brand of PepsiCo's Frito-Lay division, has unveiled a holiday video celebrating Santa Claus granting wishes for unsuspecting mall goers at Mall of America.
According to the company, Grandma's Cookies was recently named the "official cookie of Santa Claus" for its soft baked taste "that reminds him of the fresh-from-the-oven treats that are laid out every year."
Prior to heading back to the North Pole, Santa Claus teamed up with Grandma's Cookies to kick off the upcoming season of giving by pulling off surprises for deserving Minneapolis locals, from making a 13-year-old ballerina's dream come true to reuniting a National Guardsman father and stepson.
